David Cadena Jr. is the Owner and Operator of Cadena Trucking & Oilfield Services, proudly serving the oilfield industry since founding the company in 2013. With over 30 years of hands-on experience as a driller, welder, fabricator, truck pusher, and mechanic, David brings extensive field knowledge and a strong understand of federal and state regulations to his business.

His leadership is built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to safety and quality service. Above all, David is a man of faith who loves God and values his family as his top priority. In his spare time, he enjoys rebuilding trucks, a reflection of his lifelong passion for the industry and craftmanship.

Melissa Leal Cadena has been an integral part of Cadena Trucking & Oilfield Services since 2013. Serving as office Operations Manger, Safety Coordinator and Account Manger, she plays a vital role in the company's daily operations and long-term success.​ With professional background in both the oilfield and banking / financial industries, Melissa brings strong organizational, compliance, and financial expertise to the business.

Melissa ensures that all drivers and equipment meet federal and state regulations, maintain the highest standards of safety and qualification. In addition, she oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable, helping keep the company financially strong and operating efficient. Melissa's faith and family mean everything to her. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, which remains her greatest priority and inspiration.
